• Lead the team to completion of each job
• Set forms, pour concrete, and finish surfaces
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Maintain a rigorous schedule
• Track and manage employees’ time and production on every job site

• 5+ years of experience with footings and foundation walls in the concrete construction industry
• Must be able to use hand and power tools properly
• Exemplary leadership skills
• Reliable transportation
• Read and interpret detailed blueprints
• Dependable and detail-oriented
• Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
