As a Construction Estimator
- Project Manager, you will:

• Manage the timely completion of projects within budget and to client satisfaction.
• Oversee multiple jobs simultaneously from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations.
• Conduct site visits, prepare estimates, and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
• Collaborate with clients to keep them updated and ensure their needs are met.
• Coordinate with office staff and upper management to maintain schedule and budget.

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

This full-time position typically works from 8 AM to 5 PM.
