M&T Enterprises is seeking a full-time experienced Construction Laborer for our excavation department. This role requires hard work, determination, and a detail-oriented approach. The hours for this job will work Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 5 PM.

• Work with a foreman and team to help complete construction projects
• Listen to instructions to ensure that the job site is safe and OSHA compliant
• Maintain a clean area to work in and help to keep tasks running in a timely manner
• Haul material from one area to another

• Experience in the construction industry
• Must have experience driving a haul truck and running a compactor
• Valid driver's license
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Dependable and detail-oriented
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
