Job Description & How to Apply Below
At Paramify, we are redefining how companies handle cybersecurity and compliance. We are looking for a creative and strategic Product Graphic Designer to join our Product Marketing team.
In this role, you will be the visual storyteller for our product. You won't just be making things "look pretty", you will be translating complex cybersecurity concepts and software features into compelling visual stories that drive growth. You will sit at the intersection of Brand and Product, ensuring that every touchpoint—from a prospect's first ad to the final pitch deck—is visually stunning, cohesive, and persuasive.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Enablement: Support our sales and client success teams by designing high-impact pitch decks, presentation templates, and technical one-pagers that clearly communicate Paramify’s value.
- Product Marketing Assets: Create visual assets for new feature launches, including UI snapshots, feature badges, and explanatory diagrams that simplify technical workflows.
- Digital Advertising: Develop eye-catching creative assets for Linked In, Meta, and Google Display ads that stand out in a crowded B2B feed.
- Web & Landing Pages: Design high-converting landing pages for marketing campaigns, maintaining a seamless visual journey from the first click to the final sign-up.
- Brand Stewardship: Help maintain and grow the Paramify brand library. You’ll ensure typography, color palettes, and iconography remain consistent across the entire organization.
- Content Design: Layout whitepapers, E-books, and case studies, turning dense security data into digestible, engaging visual content.
- Foundational Excellence: A strong understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, grid systems, color theory, and layout.
- Portfolio: A beautiful portfolio of work (student projects or internships) that demonstrates your ability to solve communication problems visually.
- Software
Skills:
Proficiency in Figma (our primary tool), Adobe Illustrator, and Canva. Experience with Google Slides or Keynote for presentations is a major plus. - Product Curiosity: A genuine interest in UX/UI design and a desire to understand how users interact with software.
- Technical Translation: The ability to take a complex idea (like compliance automation) and turn it into a simple, beautiful graphic.
- Detail Oriented: An "eagle eye" for consistency—you notice when a hex code is off or a pixel is misaligned.
- Lehi
Location:
Ability to work in a hybrid capacity with regular attendance at our Lehi, UT office.
- Impact: You’ll be the first dedicated graphic resource for a fast-growing team, meaning your work will be seen by our biggest customers immediately.
- Growth: We offer professional development opportunities and a culture focused on innovation and learning.
- Benefits: 100% company-paid health/dental/vision, equity options, and a flexible hybrid schedule.
- Mandatory PTO: We believe in rest, providing 10 mandatory PTO days plus 10 paid holidays to ensure you actually unplug.
