We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer (Level II or III) with strong experience in packaging and production design to help bring our products and brand to life across physical and digital touchpoints. This role blends creative problem‑solving with high attention to detail and technical execution. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional partners to develop packaging, production‑ready assets, and scalable image systems—using both traditional design tools and AI‑assisted workflows.

- Design and execute packaging systems from concept through production, ensuring brand consistency and production accuracy
- Create production‑ready design files including dielines, print specs, color standards, and final artwork
- Build, retouch, and manage image assets, including photo processing, compositing, and color correction
- Generate and refine visual assets using AI tools (e.g., image generation, enhancement, background creation, iteration support)
- Develop scalable asset libraries for product imagery, packaging, and marketing use
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, R&D, operations, and external vendors to ensure designs meet functional and technical requirements
- Prepare files for print and manufacturing, partnering with vendors to troubleshoot production issues
- Maintain and evolve brand standards across packaging and visual systems
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations
What You’ll Bring To The Team
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3–6+ years of professional design experience
- Proven experience in packaging design and production
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Hands‑on experience with photo retouching, compositing, and image optimization
- Experience building and managing image and asset systems
- Familiarity with AI‑assisted design tools for asset creation and enhancement
- Strong understanding of print production processes, color management, and file preparation
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
