Position Overview

The Producer plays a key role in bringing Trove Brands’ creative work to life across photo, video, and campaign content. This role manages productions from planning through final delivery, helping execute content for multiple brands and a wide range of projects, from evergreen shoots and product launches to campaign moments and ongoing social content.

Working alongside another in-house Producer, this person will help organize and scale creative production across Trove’s brand portfolio. They will partner closely with creative, brand, marketing, photo, video, design, and post-production teams to keep projects moving, resources aligned, and deliverables completed at a high level.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, calm under pressure, operationally sharp, and experienced in managing the moving parts of modern in-house production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead production planning and execution for specific photo and video shoots across multiple Trove brands.
  • Build and manage production schedules, shoot calendars, and project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Partner with creative, marketing, and brand teams to align production plans with campaign goals, launch timing, and content needs.
  • Coordinate all shoot logistics including crew booking, talent sourcing, location scouting, travel, call sheets, permits, equipment, and production support.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external freelancers or vendors to ensure projects are staffed appropriately and executed smoothly.
  • Help manage content production for a range of outputs, including campaign assets, social posts, product storytelling, brand content, and launch support materials.
  • Ensure productions are set up to deliver efficiently across multiple formats and channels, including cutdowns, social edits, and broader campaign usage. Current Trove work visible in your files includes multi-length deliverables and distribution across paid social, You Tube, CTV/OTT, email, brand site, PDP, and organic social.
  • Establish shoot needs, identify opportunities to leverage existing assets, and help teams maximize production value.
  • Maintain clear communication across stakeholders, proactively surfacing risks, timeline changes, resource constraints, and next steps.
  • Partner with Legal and Accounting to manage contractor paperwork, usage rights, licensing, invoices, and payments.
  • Keep production files, shot lists, asset tracking, and deliverables organized and accessible.
  • Support continuous improvement in production workflows, team planning, and on-set efficiency.
  • Help mentor and coordinate production support roles as needed, including Production Assistants or freelance support.
