• Manage and grow clients’ social media accounts across multiple platforms.
• Research and follow industry trends, news, and viral formats to keep content relevant.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts - including copy, visuals, and short videos (in collaboration with the design team).
• Propose fresh ideas and campaign concepts to boost engagement and brand awareness.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare concise reports, and optimize content accordingly.
• Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and maintain the brand’s tone of voice.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align on strategy and content calendar.
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media touchpoints.

• 2+ years of experience managing social media for clients.
• Strong content creation skills, including copywriting experience, basic design knowledge, trend awareness, and multi-platform SMM expertise.
• Solid understanding of social media metrics, platform-specific differences, and how to tailor content accordingly.
• Experience managing social media for crypto projects or strong knowledge of the crypto industry is a must.
• Familiarity with crypto culture and the ability to react quickly to trends.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English – you’ll be communicating with a global audience.
• Personal traits: creative, self-driven, organized, and responsive; attentive to detail, adaptable, with a structured mindset.
• Ability to work according to Central European Time (CET).
