EV Auto is an electric vehicle dealership focused on making every part of the EV experience fast, simple, and transparent — including service. Our Lehi, UT location serves customers across Utah County and is part of a multi-location team that holds itself to a high standard on every interaction.

About the Role

No call goes unanswered. No customer stands around wondering what happens next.

As a Service Coordinator at our Lehi location, you are the first face customers see when they bring in their vehicle and the first voice they hear when they call or text. You will manage check-ins, keep customers informed throughout their service visit, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is a people‑first role. The technical side can be taught — what we are looking for is someone organized, warm, and dependable who takes pride in a smooth, stress‑free experience for every customer who walks through the door.

What You Will Do
  • Greet and check in customers when they arrive for service appointments
  • Respond to calls and texts from service customers — quickly and helpfully
  • Communicate vehicle status updates to customers throughout the service process
  • Schedule appointments and manage the service calendar
  • Coordinate with technicians and the service manager to keep the day running smoothly
  • Answer questions about services, pricing, and timelines honestly and clearly
  • Keep customer records and notes accurate in our service system
  • Resolve concerns with patience — turn a frustrated customer into a loyal one
  • Make sure no customer leaves without knowing exactly what was done and what comes next
What We Are Looking For
  • Organized and reliable — you stay on top of a busy environment without dropping the ball
  • Warm, clear communicator — in person, on the phone, and over text
  • Calm and professional when things get hectic
  • Prior experience in a service, front desk, or customer‑facing role is a plus
  • Comfortable learning scheduling software and service management systems
  • Bilingual or multilingual is a strong bonus
Compensation and Benefits
  • $36,000+/year
  • In‑person role based in Lehi, UT
  • Schedule includes rotating Saturdays
  • Paid training — no prior EV or automotive knowledge required
  • Supportive team environment with room to grow
