Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service to clients entering the branch;
Greet clients, manage lobby traffic, check them into the waiting queue, and schedule/cancel meetings;
Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while complying with policies and regulations;
Educate clients on technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs) to meet their needs;
Perform branch operations including managing cash devices (cash vault, ATM) in accordance with policies
