- Handles inbound customer service calls, providing timely, effective and professional responses.
- Identifies customer needs and suggests products and services.
- Maintains and modifies customer records using various databases; verifies and retrieves data; responds to order inquiries and places new or re-orders.
- Resolves product or service problems by selecting appropriate actions to expedite immediate resolution while delivering optimal customer experience.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- HS/GED and 1 year of customer service experience.
The compensation range for this position is $15.50 - $16.10 hourly. The position may also be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. Base pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and internal equity.
