Location - Hybrid: Lehi, UT office – Mondays & Tuesdays (In‑Office Days)
Collective Health is seeking passionate, temporary Member Advocate Contractors to join our Customer Experience team in Lehi, UT. We believe healthcare should be simple, accessible, and technology‑driven, and grounded in the people it serves. We're looking for motivated individuals ready to elevate our member experience.
As a Member Advocate Contractor, you’ll be the first point of contact for Collective Health members. You will respond to high‑volume, Tier 1 inquiries, guiding members through their new health benefits, answering account questions, and helping them navigate their benefits with ease.
What you’ll do:- Introduce members to health insurance, benefits, and network plans to support tier 1 member questions.
- Connect with members via phone and email to address and resolve a variety of inquiries, helping them understand, navigate, and pay for healthcare.
- Support and cultivate an office culture that aligns with Collective Health values and incorporates team‑building aspects.
- Report to a Team Lead; this role is essential to the Customer Experience team.
- Show a desire to help others with healthcare situations and maintain a resilient mindset that creates empathy with each member.
- Apply outstanding interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, to navigate sophisticated inquiries.
- Adapt well in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment to deliver personalized and eloquent member service.
- Learn new software programs and adapt quickly to new processes.
- Be technologically savvy.
- Maintain composure and compassion when balancing a high volume of tasks.
- 1+ year of experience in a fast‑paced work environment.
- 1+ year of experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Prior healthcare experience.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
This is a hybrid contract position based out of our Lehi, UT office. Hybrid contractors are expected to be in the office two days per week (Lehi, UT). Contract hourly pay range: $19.80 – $19.80 USD.
