Pay Range: $18.69 - $26.16 per hour depending on experience and qualifications with starting wage not typically above the mid-point of the range ($22.42).
Schedule: Part-time hours with variable schedule including evenings and weekends depending on event's needs

JOB SUMMARYThe Venue Coordinator oversees day to day operations of Lehi City public venues, ensuring events are scheduled accurately, the space is prepared properly, and guests receive excellent service. This role blends administrative coordination with hands on setup work, making organization and adaptability essential.
Works under the general supervision of Special Events Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Event Scheduling: Coordinate reservations, maintain the venue calendar, and communicate with clients about availability, requirements, and policies.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing clear information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Venue Setup: Arrange tables, chairs, and equipment according to event needs; reset the space after use.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor cleanliness, safety, and readiness of the venue; report maintenance needs.
- On‑Site Coordination: Be present during events as needed to support clients and ensure smooth operations.

Ability to manage multiple bookings, tasks, and deadlines with accuracy. - Physical Capability: Comfortable lifting and moving furniture and equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible Availability: Willingness to work a variable schedule, including evenings or weekends depending on event needs.

Clear, professional interaction with clients, vendors, and staff. - Problem Solving: Ability to respond quickly and calmly to unexpected issues.
Employee in the position performs in a typical indoor setting with appropriate climate controls. Tasks require variety of physical activities involving muscular strain, such as walking, standing, stooping, sitting, reaching, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.). Talking, hearing and seeing necessary to the performance of most duties. Common eye, hand, finger, leg and foot dexterity exist. Mental application utilizes memory for details, verbal instructions and discriminating thinking.
