Serenity is looking for Customer Support Specialists who enjoy helping others and creating positive, supportive experiences. This role is ideal for individuals coming from customer service, hospitality, retail, education, or other people-focused roles who thrive on building trust and helping others feel comfortable and supported.
No specialized experience required.We providefullpaidtrainingso you feel confident in your role.
About the RoleAs a Customer Support Specialist
,you’llwork directly with individualsparticipatingin a structured program designed to help them build positive habits, stay motivated, and make meaningful progress.
You’llbe a reliable point of contact who helps ensure each person’s experience is smooth, supportive, and encouraging from start to finish.
What You’llBe Doing- Provide one-on-one support to individuals during scheduled sessions
- Operate andmonitorspecialized program tools and technology (training provided)
- Encourage participants using positive practices such as journaling, goal setting, and reflection
- Maintainaccuratesession notes and share updates with team members
- Help create a welcoming, respectful environment where people feel comfortable and supported

- Customer service or hospitality

Requirements- 2+ yearsof full-time professional experience (any industry)
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with patience and empathy
- Reliable, punctual, and open to coaching and feedback
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
