Weave is seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to support a portfolio of SMB accounts. You will help customers derive real value from our software, build lasting partnerships, and grow relationships over time.
The role is hybrid, with in-office days Monday-Wednesday and optional remote days Thursday/Friday, reporting to the Manager of Customer Success. You will collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Onboarding teams to maximize outcomes for customers.
