Neighbor is seeking outstanding individuals to help solve renters’ and hosts’ biggest challenges. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will engage directly with renters, hosts, and internal team members to create an exceptional customer experience.
You will field inbound calls, emails and chats, and proactively communicate with customers to ensure success. Ideal candidates will be confident communicators in English and comfortable working with minimal supervision in a fast-growing environment.
