Job Nimbus is seeking a Payments onboarding specialist to guide newly approved logos from onboarding to full adoption. You’ll lead live Zoom sessions, document feedback, and partner with CAEs, Support, and Product to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
In this role you’ll maintain proactive follow-ups, track non-usage reasons, and help logos become confident in processing payments. Utah-based, on-site with a collaborative, customer-obsessed team.
