Smith Rx is seeking dedicated call center professionals to support members and providers from our Lehi, UT office. You will handle calls, educate members on pharmacy benefits, and pursue one-call resolutions with a patient-centric approach.
The role requires a 9-week onsite training period at the Lehi office with early hours initially, followed by assigned shifts Monday through Friday and potential weekend/holiday rotation. Prior experience with CRM tools is preferred.
