Smith Rx, a rapidly growing health-tech company in Lehi, UT, seeks a customer support specialist for our call center. You will answer calls, educate members on pharmacy benefits, and document issues, with a 9-week on-site training at the Lehi office.
Hours start 7:00 am–3:30 pm MT during training, then transition to assigned shifts, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends/holidays. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a call center, strong communication, data entry, and empathy.
