Smith Rx is seeking motivated individuals for a call center role in Lehi, UT. The position requires 2+ years of call center experience, strong communication, and empathy to deliver exceptional member service.
New hires will undergo a 9-week onsite training at the Lehi office, 7:00 am–3:30 pm MT, with attendance required. After training, shifts rotate with weekday, weekend, and holiday coverage to ensure member access to pharmacy benefits.
