Smith Rx seeks dedicated call center agents in Lehi, Utah to deliver world-class member service. Training lasts 60 days onsite, with a 3-week session from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm MT before transitioning to assigned shifts. Shifts run Monday–Friday with rotating weekends and holidays.
