Smith Rx is seeking dedicated individuals to join our call center team, delivering top-tier service to our members. Strong communication, empathy, and data entry are essential, especially in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
This role requires a 9-week onsite training and nesting period at our Lehi office, with the initial 3-week class from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Mountain Time and 100% attendance. Then you’ll transition to assigned shifts, Mon-Fri with rotating weekends/holidays.
