Weave is transitioning into a product-led company and is in need of an experienced Product Manager. The Product Team at Weave operates in a development model where each product manager is expected to lead their team through the different stages of product development:
Think It, Build It, Ship It, and Tweak It. We strive for high autonomy and high alignment through clear goals, OKRs, and tight collaboration with engineering, support, product marketing, sales, and customer success.
The Sr. Product Manager, Mid Market role is critically important to Weave. You will lead out on understanding and representing the personas and JTBD of our largest customers and prospects. You will define the strategy and execution for product development, focusing on solutions targeted at larger healthcare groups. You will work closely with our Mid Market sales team, our CSMs and other product teams.
You will report into the Head of Product.
The right candidate will have extensive experience working with Enterprise customers and solving problems spanning multiple practices. You must be comfortable conducting customer interviews, diving deep into technical details with engineering teams, working across multiple teams across India and US time zones, and making a seamless experience for the end user. You understand your role in driving value, usability, feasibility, and business viability within the unique landscape of large healthcare organizations.
WhatYou Will Own
Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Weave's mid market customer segment, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and market needs.
Conduct regular customer research sessions with healthcare providers, billing managers, and practice administrators for discovery, solution assessment, prototype testing, and general feedback especially at corporate or regional levels.
Collaborate closely with Sales, CSMs, Finance, Marketing, and Training teams to deliver best-in-class experiences that address the specific multiple practice healthcare customers.
Define measurable outcomes related to mid market personas and maintain focus on those outcomes throughout the execution of the roadmap.
Own the quality and testing of each product and feature your team releases, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, security, and compliance in financial transactions.
A strong desire to work at Weave specifically, because you are interested in our products, what we are working on, and who you will be working with, particularly in the healthcare technology space.
A track record of achievements in your past roles and companies, demonstrating success in delivering impactful Enterprise solutions, especially for healthcare groups.
Demonstrated history of delighting healthcare customers in hard-to-copy, margin-enhancing ways.
Ability to remove ambiguity and distill what matters and what doesn't, especially in the complex domain of healthcare and operational efficiencies.
Experience developing and maintaining a strategy for your team to guide which problems & opportunities to pursue.
Someone who understands the importance of storytelling in the product development process, particularly when interfacing and working with large customers.
A good aesthetic sense and eye for detail with focus on inclusive / accessible design, especially for multi-practice experiences.
8-10 years of product management experience, with a portion focused on mid market and/or enterprise customers.
Strong knowledge of healthcare groups and their JTBD.
User-centered design approach to product development – UI design experience is a bonus, particularly for ROI dashboards and data aggregation.
