Classroom Teaching Aide

Jumpstart your career in early childhood education in Salt Lake City, Utah. We are hiring a full‑time Pre‑School Classroom Teaching Aide to work with children ages 3‑5 in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

• Help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom.
• Support daily learning activities and child development.
• Collaborate with experienced educators.
• Rotate through different classrooms, gaining exposure to a variety of teaching styles and approaches.

Competitive wage: $18.80 per hour.

We cover tuition and enroll you in a Child Development Associate (CDA) program. Friday classes help you build real‑world skills. After earning your CDA you’ll be eligible to apply for an Assistant Teacher role; some travel may be required for CDA completion.

• High school diploma.
• Willingness to enroll in the CDA program upon hire and complete it within one year.
• Ability to follow directions and communicate in English.
