The OpportunityAdobe is seeking a dedicated and strategic Sr. Manager, Software Development to join our dynamic team in Lehi, UT. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead several high-performing engineering teams and guide the technical direction of our projects. Whatyou'll Do
- Own engineering strategy for a portfolio of products aligned with business objectives.
- Translate company vision into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- Lead and develop Engineering Managers and senior technical leaders.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of large-scale, complex initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in software development lifecycle (SDLC), Dev Ops practices, and security posture.
- Provide architectural oversight and influence critical technical decisions.
- Recruit, hire, and retain top engineering talent.
- Build an inclusive, collaborative, and accountable engineering culture.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- 4+ years leading multiple engineering teams and/or managers.
- Proven ability in delivering large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong technical background in modern cloud-native architectures.
- Proven ability to influence senior collaborators.
- Experience managing budgets and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $147,900 – $293,250 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
