Job Description:
- Provide direct supervision of subcontractor’s activities and material receiving on projects
- Work closely with project managers
- Support on-site construction activities
- Ensure project specifications are met
- Collaborate with project teams
- Resolve technical issues
- Oversee quality control
- Track progress
- Communicate with various stakeholders
- BSCE/BSME or MSCE/MSME (emphasis in structural engineering preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- A willingness to meet fast-paced project schedules
