Event Operations Coordinator
CRUE is hiring an Operations Coordinator to help manage event logistics, team communication, scheduling, supplies, and day‑of operational support. The role requires an organized, reliable individual comfortable coordinating multiple moving pieces before, during, and after events. Most planning and preparation can happen during the day, but events take place during evenings and weekends, so evening and weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities- Review upcoming event details and timelines.
- Help prepare checklists, schedules, and task lists.
- Coordinate team communication before and during events.
- Confirm staffing, arrival times, and event expectations.
- Help organize supplies, equipment, and materials.
- Assist with packing, staging, pickup, delivery, and returns when needed.
- Communicate basic logistics with venues, vendors, and team members.
- Monitor events during evening and weekend windows.
- Help troubleshoot logistics issues as they arise.
- Track follow-up items after events.
Keep internal systems, calendars, and notes updated. - Help improve processes as the company grows.
- Organized and detail‑oriented.

- Comfortable working evenings and weekends.
- Able to manage multiple priorities.

- Ability to lift and move items when needed.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic computer and app skills.
- Experience in events, hospitality, logistics, scheduling, operations, or customer service is preferred but not required.

This role may start part‑time with the opportunity to grow.
PayStarting pay: $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience. Potential growth opportunities are available as CRUE expands.
