  • Communicate basic logistics with venues, vendors, and team members.
  • Monitor events during evening and weekend windows.
  • Help troubleshoot logistics issues as they arise.
  • Track follow-up items after events.

Keep internal systems, calendars, and notes updated.
  • Help improve processes as the company grows.
Ideal Candidate

  • Reliable and consistent.
  • A clear communicator.
  • Calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable using apps, calendars, checklists, and basic business systems.
  • Willing to be hands‑on when needed.
  • Able to work independently without constant supervision.
Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Evening and weekend availability.
  • Ability to lift and move items when needed.

  • Friday and Saturday support.
  • Weekend communication availability.
  • Post‑event follow‑up.

This role may start part‑time with the opportunity to grow.

Pay

Starting pay: $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience. Potential growth opportunities are available as CRUE expands.
