Tax Manager

Private Advisory is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our team in Lehi, Utah. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned tax professional to work directly with high-net-worth families and their business enterprises, providing sophisticated tax planning and compliance services.

• Manage comprehensive tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals and family groups
• Oversee tax strategy and preparation for closely-held businesses and family-owned enterprises
• Develop and implement tax-efficient structures for business operations and wealth transfer
• Coordinate complex multi-entity tax situations involving individuals, trusts, partnerships, and corporations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance
• Research complex tax issues and provide clear recommendations to clients
• Identify tax planning opportunities across individual and business returns
• Collaborate with estate planning attorneys, financial advisors, and other professionals in the client's advisory team

• Required: 15+ years of progressive tax experience working with high-net-worth families and their businesses
• CPA license required
• Expert knowledge of individual, trust, partnership, and corporate taxation
• Strong understanding of estate and gift tax planning
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-generational family tax situations
• Excellent client service skills with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities
• Proficiency with tax software and research tools
