- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical finance role (SaaS experience strongly preferred).
- Strong financial modeling skills, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling.
- Experience supporting revenue forecasting, ARR analysis, and go-to-market performance metrics.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; comfort working with large, imperfect datasets.
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and executive-ready financial insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA a plus, not required).
- Systems-oriented mindset with experience working across financial and operational tools (ERP, CRM, BI tools, etc.).
- You don’t need to be a Rev Ops expert, but you should be comfortable partnering closely with revenue teams and understanding how deals flow through the business.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, subscription metrics (ARR, churn, expansion), and SaaS KPIs.
- Experience supporting executive leadership with board- or investor-facing financial materials.
- Prior exposure to SaaS revenue recognition, Rev Ops, Sales Ops, or GTM analytics (nice to have, not required)
- Own financial planning and forecasting. Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
- Analyze performance. Deliver clear variance analysis and insights across revenue, expenses, and key business drivers.
- Enable executive decision-making. Develop and maintain financial and KPI data packets for the CEO, CFO, and executive team. Produce concise, executive-ready reporting and insights for leadership.
- Support revenue recognition. Understand our Salesforce instance setup and appropriate recognition of revenue. Review contracts and ensure correctly recognized in accordance with ASC Topic 606 recognition standards.
- Improve processes. Help refine forecasting models, reporting cadence, and financial discipline as the business scales.
- Build financial models. Create scenario models to support strategic decisions, pricing changes, headcount planning, and growth initiatives.
- Blend FP&A and Rev Ops thinking. Connect financial outcomes to GTM activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
- Operate as a trusted partner. Work closely with Finance, Rev Ops, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align numbers with reality.
This role is based in Revver’s Lehi, UT office and is expected to work in the office four days per week. We believe close collaboration with finance and GTM partners is critical to success in this role.
