Accounts Receivable Manager

Accounts Receivable Manager to lead financial onboarding of new brands, serve as the primary external brand‑facing contact, and ensure full ownership of complex non‑standard contracts. Operates at the intersection of finance and strategic partnership. Full‑time hybrid based in Lehi, UT.

• Conduct comprehensive, end‑to‑end review of complex contracts to ensure billing, terms, and accounting/legal nuances are fully understood and followed.
• Lead the financial onboarding of new brands, which includes setting up banking for payments and establishing the correct finance contacts.
• Serve as the primary brand‑facing point of contact when dealing with external customers.
• Oversee the accounts receivable cycle, including managing payment follow‑up if funds are not received.

• Proactive and action‑oriented, taking initiative to figure out what needs to be done without waiting for direction.
• Strong communication skills for dealing with external customers and managing financial relationships.
• Deep, comprehensive understanding of complex contracts and brand‑to‑brand agreement nuances.
• Expertise in Excel and the accounts receivable cycle.
• 3‑5 years of experience in Accounting or a related field.

• Master diversity of brand contracts, proactively identify and resolve nuances to secure financial position and mitigate attrition risks.
• Operate as an independent leader, consistently initiating process improvements and solving problems before direction is given.
• Elevate the Accounts Receivable function into a strategic partnership role, optimizing cash receipts while preserving and strengthening external relationships.

• Promotion opportunities to Senior Accounts Receivable Manager or Director of Accounts Receivable based on performance and mastery of complex contracts.

• First 30 days: Stabilize the accounts receivable function, master the existing AR cycle and payment follow‑up processes, and begin a deep‑dive review of complex contracts.
• Next 60 days: Take full ownership of end‑to‑end contract review, manage financial onboarding of new brands, coach the Accounts Receivable Specialist, and propose at least one critical process improvement.
• Following 90 days: Fully implement approved process improvements, secure owed funds, and lead the AR function as the subject matter expert on complex contracts while balancing collection and partnership.
