The Bank Teller is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while accurately processing financial transactions. This role is key to maintaining client trust and satisfaction through professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of banking procedures.

* Essential Job Functions:

** 1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.  
2. Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cash checks, and other transactions accurately.  
3. Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate transaction records.  
4. Educate clients on Bank products and services.  
5. Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.  
6. Maintain compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.  
7. Identify and report suspicious activity in accordance with BSA/AML guidelines.  
8. Support branch operations and contribute to team goals.  
9. Understands and adheres to limits as stated on the Retail Limits Matrix.  10. Assist with other duties as needed.## Qualifications

6. Cash handling experience

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong cash-handling, communication, and customer service skills are a must.
** Hours & Coverage:
** This part-time position offers approximately 6–10 hours per week, with core hours dedicated to midday lunch relief (approx. 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.). The selected candidate will also serve as a relief resource to cover staff PTO, vacations, sick leave, and other scheduling gaps as needed. Flexibility and availability on short notice are required. This role is ideal for someone seeking supplemental income with a consistent base schedule and the potential for additional hours based on branch needs.
