Position DescriptionSupport the execution of pricing strategies that enhance profitability and market competitiveness. Translate strategic pricing decisions into actionable initiatives, coordinate cross‑functional implementation, and ensure effective execution of pricing projects. Analyze data, track performance, and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
Responsibilities- Support the implementation of pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and market conditions.
- Assist in conducting market and competitor research to inform pricing decisions and provide supporting analysis.
- Help manage price setting and updates across products and services in accordance with established pricing frameworks.
- Coordinate cross‑functional execution of pricing changes, including collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
- Manage the operational rollout of discount programs and promotional pricing, ensuring timelines and accuracy.
- Maintain documentation of pricing decisions and project timelines; ensure clear communication of changes across stakeholders.
- Assist in maintaining pricing tools, dashboards, and models; support scenario analyses under direction from Pricing Managers.
- Monitor discounting behaviors and help enforce pricing policies and governance procedures.
- Help ensure pricing structures within contracts are consistent with company standards and correctly implemented.
- Drive assigned pricing‑related projects to completion with a focus on accuracy, timelines, and business impact.
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in pricing, finance, business analysis, or related roles; project coordination experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Clear and professional communicator; able to coordinate effectively across teams and drive initiatives forward.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- CPP certification or prior experience in pricing execution is a plus.
