- Deal Desk Analyst 3 (Contract)
- Location:
Lehi, UT 84043 (Hybrid) - Duration: 08/01/2026 - 08/31/2027
- This position is responsible for structuring profitable and compliant customer transactions while partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Revenue Assurance, Order Management, and other cross functional teams to accelerate deal execution.
- Structure profitable and compliant customer transactions that maximize revenue while meeting customer business requirements
- Serve as the first level approver within the deal approval process
- Partner directly with Sales teams to structure complex customer agreements
- Manage the day to day deal approval process from submission through approval
- Communicate deal business cases to cross functional stakeholders
- Draft, review, and certify customer contracts
- Ensure transactions comply with revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines
- Collaborate with Legal, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Revenue Assurance, Business Units, Order Management, Credit, and other internal teams
- Maintain consistent application of company policies and approval processes
- Prepare in-quarter deal status updates and executive communications
- Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and deal velocity
- Meet defined service level agreements and operational metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
- Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Finance, Sales Operations, or FP&A
- Experience drafting and analyzing customer sales agreements
- Experience structuring contracts involving subscriptions, software licenses, services, and support
- Knowledge of software revenue recognition principles including SOP 97-2
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with cross functional stakeholders
Pay Rate:
Up to $34.27/hour.
