• Help structure profitable and compliant transactions for internal corporate customers to maximize revenue and increase the effectiveness and productivity of the North America Digital Marketing Sales force. Act in a fiduciary capacity managing first-line approvals for the deal approval process, including deal structuring and accelerating deal closures.

• Manage day-to-day deal approval process, including deal structuring and accelerating deal closures.
• Meet with sales teams to identify customer business issues and structure transactions that meet requirements and customer needs.
• Draft and certify customer contracts and communicate via documented business cases with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to internal revenue recognition policies, SOP 97-2 where applicable, and operational guidelines.
• Interact with Legal, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Revenue Assurance, Business Units, Order Management, Credit and other functions to resolve deal issues.
• Prepare in-quarter deal status reports and communications to management.
• Evaluate current processes and recommend areas for improvement.
• Perform to specified metrics and service levels and ensure compliance with policy and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, Sales Operations or Deal Desk.
• Experience drafting and analyzing binding sales agreements and structuring multi-element contracts including subscriptions, licenses, services and support.
• Proficient in software revenue recognition accounting and related guidance.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated capability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.

• Pay Rate: $38.73/hour
