The Certified Respiratory Therapist is responsible for patient assessments, care plans, and the implementation, evaluation, and revision of therapy plans as needed. The role includes performing diagnostic testing such as ABGs, PFTs, EKGs, cardiac, bronchoscopy, and pulse oximetry, as well as transporting patients within the hospital or between facilities.

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Perform diagnostic tests including ABG's, PFT's, and EKG's.
• Transport patients within the hospital or to other facilities.

• Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Education Program (e.g., CoARC, JRCRTE, or CAAHEP).
• 1 year of respiratory therapy experience preferred.
• Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CRT via NBRC, NRP, PALS.
