Medical Laboratory Scientist

Mountain Star Healthcare is seeking a Medical Lab Scientist to join our Laboratory Services team. In this role, you will perform routine and complex diagnostic testing across chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and related disciplines to deliver accurate, timely results that drive high-quality, patient-centered care. Working in a collaborative, hospital-based lab, you will operate and troubleshoot advanced analyzers, follow strict quality and safety standards, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will partner closely with physicians and nurses, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, and participate in ongoing professional development within a mission-driven, patient-first healthcare system focused on clinical excellence and community health.
