Key Responsibilities:- Ensure a loving and supportive environment for residents.
- Resolve issues with family and residents/patients at the facility
- Conduct surveys to enhance the quality of life for our residents.

- High school diploma required; further education is a plus.
- Experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting preferred.
