Part Time Therapist - LMHC or LMFT ; Utah

We are looking for a highly qualified Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who can help drive our vision and support our partners' patient populations. This is a part time position with a flexible work schedule and opportunities to grow.

This role may serve patients in Utah County. Ideal candidates live in or near Lehi or are otherwise able to commute reliably.

Required Credentials (Candidates should have one of the following):

Licensed Mental Health Counselor Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Licensed Marriage Family Therapist Candidate Responsibilities:

Conduct therapy initial evaluations and follow-ups Create pharmacological care plans

Collaborate with social work department and customers

Work on a collaborative team with primary care, psychiatrical, and medical practitioners

Assist in clerical documentations for progress and outdmoh
