• Competitive Pay - $15 – 16 hourly.

• Collect used linens and towels from guest rooms, floors, and designated hotel areas as needed
• Sort soiled linens and identify items requiring additional treatment
• Operate commercial washing machines and dryers safely and efficiently
• Fold and stack clean towels, linens, and other laundry items
• Operate folding machines and feed ironers when applicable
• Organize clean linens for storage and distribution to the housekeeping team
• Help maintain appropriate linen levels for daily housekeeping operations
• Assist the Housekeeping Supervisor with linen inventory and supply controls
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry room throughout each shift
• Follow established procedures for the safe handling and use of laundry chemicals
• Demonstrate Western States Lodging & Management hospitality and guest service standards

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 0–1 year of experience; previous laundry, housekeeping, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required
• Basic understanding of laundry procedures and equipment operation preferred
• Ability to learn and safely operate commercial laundry equipment
• Strong attention to detail when sorting, cleaning, folding, and organizing linens
• Dependable work habits and willingness to follow instructions
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays as business needs require
• Ability to work safely around laundry and cleaning chemicals
• Authorization to work in the United States and ability to provide required documentation

This position requires frequent walking and standing as well as regular bending, stooping, reaching, and other physical movement. Associates must be able to use proper body mechanics and lifting techniques to occasionally lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
