AI.
We’re hiring a People Operations Generalist to help keep the day-to-day People engine running smoothly. This is an execution-heavy, systems-driven role that supports recruiting operations, onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, and benefits administration. You’ll be trusted to own operational work streams, keep our tools clean and accurate, and be a go-to partner for employees and managers on People-related questions.
This role is not a passive ticket-taker. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, follows through, and genuinely enjoys keeping things moving.
What you'll do- Recruiting support: coordinate interview scheduling, manage postings/requisitions, keep candidates moving, and maintain clean ATS data
- Onboarding/offboarding: handle logistics (paperwork, access, equipment), ensure clean handoffs, and keep documentation up to date
- Payroll & systems: support payroll in Rippling (changes, audits, issue resolution), maintain accurate employee data, and troubleshoot system questions
- Benefits: serve as the day-to-day point of contact, support enrollments/changes, and translate benefits info into clear, human answers
- Day-to-day execution: manage multiple work streams, keep Rippling/ATS/benefits platforms accurate, and consistently close loops with employees and managers
- 3–6 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a similar role
- Hands‑on experience with modern HR systems (Rippling experience is a strong plus)
- Comfortable supporting, benefits, and recruiting operations
- Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
- Able to manage multiple work streams without dropping the ball
- Clear, kind communicator who can explain complex topics simply
- Proactive and takes initiative (not just waiting for tasks to be assigned)
