Primary Services is actively recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a large, nationally recognized organization with complex, multi-location operations. This role functions as the operational gatekeeper for position governance, requisition accuracy, and offer validation within a defined business unit. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator ensures that position data, compensation ranges, and employment details remain aligned to approved headcount and serve as the single source of truth across systems.
Success requires rigorous attention to detail and a strong understanding of how data integrity impacts payroll, compliance, reporting, and workforce planning.
Responsibilities- Create and maintain position records aligned with approved headcount, job profiles, reporting structures, and compensation bands.
- Create and update requisitions with accurate position, location, and pay range details.
- Ensure requisition data aligns precisely with position records before posting or offer development.
- Review offer approvals before issuance and validate compensation against geographic differentials and pay guidelines.
- Confirm alignment of title, level, FLSA status, reporting structure, start date, and location with approved documentation.
- Escalate out-of-range compensation or data discrepancies to appropriate stakeholders.
- Review hire transactions to verify legal entity, cost center, manager hierarchy, job code, pay, and employment type.
- Serve as a quality control checkpoint before system finalization.
- Identify recurring data trends and recommend process improvements.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Operations, HRIS, Compensation, Finance, and HR Business Partners to resolve data inconsistencies.
- Document workflows and contribute to standard operating procedures.
- High school diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HRIS, Compensation, or related operational function.
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System and/or HRIS; SAP Success Factors preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data validation and analysis functions.
- Experience reviewing and auditing employment or compensation data.
- Familiarity with position management or headcount governance processes.
- Experience supporting high-volume or multi-location hiring environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage structured, process-driven work with a high degree of accuracy.
