We need a HR Onboarding and Benefits Specialist to support an exceptional employee experience from offer acceptance through long‑term success. In this role, you’ll own the onboarding journey, support benefits administration, and partner closely with candidates, employees, and leaders to ensure smooth, compliant, and people‑first HR operations. This is a full‑time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, Utah.
