Workstream in Utah is seeking a Founding Recruiter to help build the recruiting function from the ground up for an AI startup. You will own full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer, and partner with founders to shape hiring strategies.
You have 5+ years in agency or high-volume recruiting, thrive in fast-growth environments, and will work onsite in Lehi five days a week. Competitive salary, equity, and benefits are offered.
