Key Responsibilities:- Conduct sourcing events for benefits and recruiting vendors.
- Analyze supplier proposals and market data.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
- Track and report on sourcing performance.
- Support ongoing vendor management activities.
Skills:
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing.
- Knowledge of Source-to-Contract processes.
- Strong collaboration and analytical abilities.
Experience:
Experience sourcing categories such as employee benefits, health and welfare, insurance, or talent acquisition services is preferred.
