We are seeking a Senior Dev Ops Engineer / Dev Ops Team Lead to drive reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across Sirion’s global, cloud‑native SaaS platform. This role blends deep technical expertise with hands‑on leadership and plays a critical role in supporting Sirion’s AI‑led product ecosystem. You will own CI/CD strategy, cloud infrastructure, and automation standards, while mentoring engineers and partnering closely with Engineering, QA, Security, and IT teams to enable high‑quality, high‑velocity delivery.

- Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
- Lead automation initiatives across infrastructure‑as‑code, observability, and performance engineering.
- Design, deploy, and support containerized platforms using Docker, Kubernetes, and Open Shift.
- Improve system reliability, deployment architecture, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with Engineering, QA, and IT to ensure smooth releases and rapid issue resolution.
- Establish governance for deployment processes, documentation, and environment configuration.
- Act as an escalation point for complex production issues and drive root cause analysis.
- Support Java‑based services and database integrations including MySQL and Oracle.
- Strengthen monitoring, alerting, and performance analytics using Prometheus, Nagios, and Hyperic.
- 7+ years of Dev Ops experience, including leadership experience in a cloud‑native SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated technical leadership or team lead experience in production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, reliability, and operational best practices.
- Experience applying Fin Ops principles to optimize cost, performance, and scalability.
- Proven ability to support enterprise‑grade, high‑availability systems.
- Experience participating in on‑call or rotational shift coverage.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across infrastructure and deployments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms and infrastructure management.
- Expertise in container orchestration technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and Open Shift.
- Hands‑on automation experience with Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, and Terraform.
- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka and Pulsar.
- Strong knowledge of version control tools including Git Lab, Git Hub, SVN, and Bitbucket.
- Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Hyperic, Nagios, Cacti, Munin, Ganglia, Grafana, Elastic Search APM, Ping Dom.
- Experience with Java deployments, Apache Tomcat, and HTTP Server.
- Strong scripting skills using Python, Shell, Groovy, and Power Shell.
- MLOps experience including model deployment, lifecycle management, pipeline automation, and monitoring.
