Strategy and Ops Lead, Services Delivery

Adobe is seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead for Services Delivery. This role focuses on end-to-end business operations, planning, forecasting, delivery efficiency, and scaling global operations. It combines high-level strategy with hands-on analysis.

• Turn broad questions into clear problem statements and practical plans with Services Delivery leaders
• Analyze how systems, tools, incentives, and behaviors connect across the services lifecycle to build lasting solutions
• Own ideas from concept to outcome, collaborating with teams across the business
• Build simple frameworks to compare scenarios and understand tradeoffs; translate questions into analytical requirements
• Partner with analytics and technical teams to build models and outputs that support decisions
• Identify where advanced analytics and ML can improve forecasting and delivery
• Help develop metrics, routines, decision processes, and broader improvements to guide a growing organization
• Align with Delivery, Finance, and Regional Operations on priorities
• Define dashboards and reporting that meet diverse audiences and balance accuracy with practicality

• 7+ years in management consulting, strategy & operations, business operations, or similar
• Experience solving complex problems spanning multiple teams
• Experience interacting with senior and executive leaders

• Strong Excel skills, including modeling and scenario analysis
• Experience using BI tools (Power BI preferred)
• Experience partnering with data and engineering teams

• Systems thinking and consideration of second- and third-order effects
• Clear communication; ability to simplify complex topics
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to define the right work with minimal direction
• Willingness to question assumptions constructively

• Experience in Professional Services, consulting, or subscription-based businesses
• Familiarity with forecasting models, scoring approaches, and model validation
• Experience collaborating with data science teams on analytics or ML projects
