As we rapidly scale, we’re seeking a visionary Senior Director, Data to help us shape our data strategy and bring the best of AI enablement to enhance our data and empower teams across the company.

What You’ll Do
  • Execute and help evolve the company-wide data strategy in alignment with business and clinical goals
  • Leverage AI best practices to improve the efficiency and efficacy of data analysis and reporting
  • Architect scalable data ecosystems, with a strong emphasis on security, reliability, and regulatory compliance
  • Hire, lead and mentor a high-performing team of data professionals
  • Design and oversee our SQL-based data architecture and ensure best practices across platforms
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to convert business requirements into clear, complete and actionable reporting and visualization
  • Help the data team navigate competing priorities, with a strong focus on partnership with the business
  • Cultivate a data culture across the organization through training and enablement of end users
What We’re Looking For

Technical Excellence

  • Strong background in AI application to data analysis, reporting and automation, and presentation
  • Deep understanding of data architecture, warehousing, and cloud platforms (AWS)
  • Expertise in implementing and building a data cube environment and standardized queries for fast, robust and consistent reporting
  • Expertise in SQL (including complex queries, performance tuning, and data modeling)
  • Open-minded, good listener, able to collaborate effectively, demonstrated resiliency

Leadership Experience

  • 10 years in data roles, with 5 years in leadership or management
  • "Player/coach" - must be willing and able to be hands-on with the team in implementation
  • Proven track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent and scaling data teams in high-growth environments
  • Ability to quickly understand senior stakeholder requests and turn them into clear and accurate reporting that enables strategic decision-making - and train the team to do the same
  • Passion for making a measurable impact in patient outcomes
