Provisioning Analyst

As a Provisioning Analyst, you will ensure accurate account provisioning and billing workflows that enable timely customer access to cloud products and services. You will work closely with Product Delivery Operations, Sales, Customer Care, Engineering, Order Management, and Marketing to resolve exceptions and improve processes. Work model:
Hybrid, three days onsite (Tue/Wed/Thu).

• Create and configure new accounts for cloud product customers, link solution accounts to cloud organizations, and enable user access and product context changes.
• Perform product context upgrades, renewals, suspensions, and account terminations according to guidelines.
• Review contracts to validate fulfillment requests for provisioning viability and accuracy.
• Develop and implement provisioning guidelines and improved work instructions to ensure correct fulfillment.
• Monitor daily requests, prioritize tasks, track SLAs and backlog, and complete requests within required timelines.
• Coordinate multiple requests, analyze data to inform decisions, and select optimal solutions for issues.
• Manage and maintain SharePoint databases and internal dashboards to keep information accurate.
• Handle transfer billing, billing s, and upload/remap new billing IDs.
• Liaise with Program Management and stakeholders to support daily provisioning and manage exceptions.

• Ability to multitask with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented, well organized, and able to work under pressure with a professional demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and an even temperament with a strong work ethic and commitment.
• Experience maintaining dashboards or SharePoint-style databases and working with billing or account management processes.
• Willingness to work a 40-hour week and complete a 30-day probationary period; occasional overtime may be required.

• Experience working with cloud product provisioning or in product delivery operations.

$23.10 - $28.87/hour
