Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search
- Create, edit, and manage digital content (website copy, emails, and social content as needed) while maintaining brand consistency
- Write and optimize website content for SEO; monitor rankings and stay current on algorithm changes
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and A/B testing
- Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide insights and reporting
- Collaborate with the Social Media team to support content creation and community engagement
- Update and maintain website content using CMS platforms
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure aligned messaging
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Proficiency with social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, You Tube)
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing and reporting on performance metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Familiarity with CMS platforms;
Adobe Creative Suite a plus - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
