Position: PS Capacity Planning Manager

Based in Lehi, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient capacity planning and implementation, helping to shape the future of digital experiences in a dynamic environment.

• Lead all aspects of Professional Services capacity planning to improve resource efficiency.
• Provide strategic, data-driven insights that support ambitious business decision-making and growth.
• Present data and insights to collaborators in a clear and compelling manner.
• Collaborate with teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Monitor and analyze benchmarks to determine business trends.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through strict adherence to data governance principles.
• Successfully implement data analytics projects from conception to completion.

• 10+ years of experience in the Professional Services domain.
• Proven background as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a related position.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical collaborators.
• Ambitious, collaborative, and diligent approach.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and is defined by location. The U.S. pay range for this position is $130,800 – $262,025 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In Illinois, the pay range is $154,000 - $223,000. In Massachusetts, the pay range is $154,000 - $223,000.

For sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commissions. For non-sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as base salary, and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Some roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
