Rev Ops Data Analyst Intern – help analyze sales and revenue operations data, identify opportunities, collaborate with stakeholders across the Revenue organization, and devise strategic recommendations to accelerate sales activities.
Responsibilities- Conduct data analyses of sales and marketing data to unearth insights and inform improved go-to-market strategies, using internal and external data sources.
- Work cross-functionally to elevate data insights and processes in partnership with Sales, Data Science, Marketing, Finance, and other Pattern teams.
- Build scalable reporting tools to track performance and enable the team to act quickly and confidently.
- Develop and present recommendations to Executive leadership at the conclusion of the internship.
- Must be a graduate student or a senior in college enrolled in a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- Current understanding of sales strategies, best practices, and related resources.
- GPA of 3.7 or higher.
- Outstanding analytical and data management skills including experience with SQL.
- Teachable and fast learner; self-motivated and proactive with high ethical standards.
- Experience in .com or marketplace commercial efforts (D2C, Amazon, , etc.) is a plus.
- Experience with Python, Tableau, Snowflake, and/or R is beneficial.
- High performance means following through with all assignments in a timely manner and giving 100% to tasks and projects.
- Take full ownership of projects and proactively identify opportunities to drive results.
- Upon successful completion of the internship, you may be offered a full-time position.
- You will work with the Rev Ops team and collaborate with Revenue Organization stakeholders including Sales, Data Science, and Marketing.
- Supervision by the Rev Ops Senior Product Manager with mentorship from the Head of Revenue Operations; regular progress reviews.
- The Rev Ops team is data-driven and results-oriented, focused on innovative and scalable solutions; input from all members is encouraged.
